Monday: 45min Ultimate Fat Burn DVD
Tuesday: 60 Hot Power Fusion Yoga
Wednesday: 1h yoga sculpt class
Thursday: 25 min plyo's, 20 min elliptical hill, 15 min treadmill incline walk
Friday: 30 min sun salutations (vigorous vinyasa), 20min elliptical hills, 15 bike intervals
Saturday: hot yoga class?
Sunday: Level 1 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels DVD)
